A naturalistic and realistic Collection Breeds of Dogs made in glazed porcelain. The Dachshund (also called Teckel), is a breed with origins in Germany back in the XII century and very popular in that country, although nowadays they are kept as toy dogs. Being the Dachshund is a hunting dog, scars from honorable wounds shall not be considered a fault. Weight of the standard size is usually between 16 and 32 pounds. The Dachshund is bred with three varieties of coat: smooth, wirehaired and longhaired, and is shown in two sizes, standard and miniature.
